and past issues (1988 to present). The first
step is to obtain a user name and password.
After receiving confirmation via e-mail within a few days, you can
then access issues for free either by using the search
engine or by browsing the table
of contents. Choose the "download" option next to
your article of choice and enter your username and password. (Reading
articles requires Adobe
Acrobat Reader.) If you subscribe to both The Medical Letter
and Treatment Guidelines, your password will give you access
to both publications.

format, where one article contains information on
a single new drug, class of drugs or device. View

1988 ($10 for an article, $12 for full issue) or issues that have been published in Treatment Guidelines

or by browsing the table
of contents. Choose the "online purchase" option next
to your issue or article of choice and purchase your article or issue online with
